Don't fear the TPM
After many years of being treated as something to be disabled or ideally avoided TPMs (Trusted Platform Modules) are gaining in popularity within the Linux community as a method of increasing system security. This talk aims to provide an overview of what a TPM actually is, why you as an individual, or an organisation, might be interested in using TPMs on your systems, and finally some pointers about how you can start doing so on a Debian system.
No existing knowledge about TPMs on the part of attendees is expected.
